Description
Through attention to detail and investigative persistence of the real estate market, support the business to manage existing and secure new suitable cost effective real estate solutions that allows efficient business operation across A&NZ.
Provide procurement and administrative support to the business, including purchasing and delivery of goods, and the coordination and delivery of contractor works.
Support Fleet Management operations through maintenance of the asset register and coordination of fleet servicing and related activities.
With sound financial skill, deliver periodic expense reporting for the facilities management function for all related expense lines.
Support the operation of financial and related systems, including systems administration and processing of invoices.
Requirements
Knowledge of tenancy and lease administration practice
Practical experience in procurement and contract management
Demonstrated experience in negotiation and stakeholder management
Excellent computer skills and proficiency with word processor and spreadsheets
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Experience with web based accounting systems and knowledge of accounting practices
Support the operation of financial and related systems, including systems administration and processing of invoices.
Sound financial knowledge and reporting ability
Qualification in or extensive knowledge of building services will be viewed favorably
