\xe2\x97\x8f Through attention to detail and investigative persistence of the real estate market, support the business to manage existing and secure new suitable cost effective real estate solutions that allows efficient business operation across A&NZ.
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide procurement and administrative support to the business, including purchasing and delivery of goods, and the coordination and delivery of contractor works.
\xe2\x97\x8f Support Fleet Management operations through maintenance of the asset register and coordination of fleet servicing and related activities.
\xe2\x97\x8f With sound financial skill, deliver periodic expense reporting for the facilities management function for all related expense lines.
\xe2\x97\x8f Support the operation of financial and related systems, including systems administration and processing of invoices.

Requirements:

\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of tenancy and lease administration practice
\xe2\x97\x8f Practical experience in procurement and contract management
\xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrated experience in negotiation and stakeholder management
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent computer skills and proficiency with word processor and spreadsheets
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent phone manner and communication skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with web based accounting systems and knowledge of accounting practices
\xe2\x97\x8f Support the operation of financial and related systems, including systems administration and processing of invoices.
\xe2\x97\x8f Sound financial knowledge and reporting ability
\xe2\x97\x8f Qualification in or extensive knowledge of building services will be viewed favorably
