JOB DESCRIPTION

- Responsible for HT electrical system in the factory
- Low Voltage Electrical supply and distribution
- Liaising with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) and TNB on any related matters
- To ensure all equipment is running in good condition and no interruption to the supply of electricity
-Responsible for the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of plant electrical facilities, machineries and equipment to meet the statutory regulations, environment and safety standard.
- Prepare and ensure that the system procedures and the Standard Operating Procedure are adhered to at all times.
- Acquire, organize and direct Maintenance personnel, equipment and services for the performance of maintenance and servicing work on Electrical in accordance with approved and agreed methods and procedure.
- To ensure all daily checklists, work order and preventive maintenance checklist are genuinely executed and completed promptly as per schedule.
- Prepare and implement master Preventive Maintenance schedules. Specify the Preventive Maintenance task frequency or routine based on the actual use and always with the objective to maximize the availability and equipment reliability and to evaluate the effectiveness of the Preventive Maintenance program.
-To provide support to operation department and manage for any shutdown on the equipment, system and operational services.
- Responsible for full compliance to all safety procedures, general safety & health procedure , environmental procedures, hygiene procedures and 5S execution. Good housekeeping at workshop area and at all related work area
- Any task as assigned by management from time to time
COMPETENCE REQUIRED

- Obtained minimum a B0 11kV Chargeman Competency Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
- At least 2 -3 years B0 level hands-on working experience in High Voltage Operation & Maintenance environment and ability to perform , supervise service, repair,overhaul, of electrical components and equipment
- Able to work on shift and when required
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-motivated and hardworking
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Alertness, attention to detail and can work under stress
- Experience in Manufacturing working environment will be an advantage
- Willing to work at Kajang, Selangor
