We are looking for : Facilities Lead

Location: Kulim, Kedah

Working Hours: 12 hours shift (4 days work 2 days off)

The Facilities Lead is responsible for driving maintenance programs (including routine inspection, corrective, and preventive activities) with a focus on system reliability, with the application of Best Practices and a wide range of engineering principles and practices.

Implement mandatory routine inspections in conformance to Standard Operating Procedures and reliability governance.

Lead emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring of facilities system performance, critical parameters, and loading.

Facilitate and administer reliability improvement projects including isolation and Testing and Commissioning, and other experimental simulations.

Interface directly with clients to identify and analyze critical needs, define problems, and develop specifications to guide the solution process.

Risk Management

Implement risk assessment which identifies operational risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety, and essential services, and environmental.

Lead Work in Progress Review Board (WPRB) forum for comprehensive risk assessment and mitigation plan review.

Profitability and Savings Initiatives

Drive initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement. Energy Conservation and Innovation

Support initiatives and strategies for energy conservation with feasibility assessment, cost, optimization, and engineering analyses.

Customer Service and Client Relationships

Ensure feedback from the client is recorded and action is taken to the end user\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction. Lead by example in achieving maximum client satisfaction level.

Reporting

Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all information reported associated with Daily Shift Ops Report, Weekly MRM Report, Monthly Report, Risk Assessment, BAR, Maximo PM Closure, and other imperative updates.

Training

Work closely with the JLL Management team to devise new and innovative methods of learning built around skill development, leadership, and succession planning.

Leadership

Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, and performance excellence.

Coach the team ensuring high staff morale, trust and work ethics

Sound like you? To apply you need to be:

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with 3 - 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 industrial experience in leading engineering initiatives in facilities management. Semiconductor facilities experience would be an added advantage.

Able to work independently, possess integrity and a right sense of urgency to meet deadlines, including work irregular hours for any urgent support.

Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.

Good written and oral communication skills.

Able to work on 12 hours shifts
