: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in finance and accounting, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring effective financial management across the company. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional financial analysis, focusing on profit and loss (P&L) assessments.
• Develop and implement financial plan, aligning with the company\'s strategic objectives.
• Manage cash flows effectively, ensuring optimal liquidity for business operations.
• Utilize expertise in tax planning to minimize liabilities and enhance financial efficiency.
• Liaise with auditors and manage tax-related risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Analyze and report on financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Initiate and oversee cost reduction strategies to optimize financial resources.
• Manage and optimize banking relationships and loan facilities.
• Lead, train, and coach the finance team, enhancing their skills and performance.
• Oversee the recruitment process for finance team members, identifying key skills and attributes.
• Assist on the collection of payments.
• Actively participate in strategic decisions, offering insights based on financial analysis.
• Collaborate in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including company acquisitions and share allocation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
• Proven experience as a finance managerial or similar role for at least 5 years.
• Proficient in Mandarin is a bonus.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.
• Expertise in tax planning and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
