Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: 1. Responsible for coordinating the supply chain efforts across the BU, including: Consolidation of results and explanation of variances in manufacturing, direct materials, cost to serve, etc Center of excellence for capital investment processes and projects evaluation Coordinate Supply Chain Transformation (F2G) process and business cases Serve as point of contact to Global Supply Chain projects and finance requests 2. Drives Co-ordination between Country Mills on ECS / productivity/ Capex 3. Responsible for performance reviews and manufacturing footprint 4. Develop a highly capable cost analyst team in country with a strong focus on analytics and value delivery 5. Lead sharing of best practice and collaboration with cost managers and mill finance teams 6. Lead initiatives to drive improvement of contribution margins through cost, mix and production capacity utilization. Deliver cost to serve analysis on logistics costs, contributing to the accuracy of P&L analysis per customer and channel 7. Ensure application of efficient and effective financial and operating controls and report whenever Corporate Financial Policies or instructions are not being followed or appear inappropriate Essential Requirements: CPA or MBA Finance preferably with FMCG and FP&A experience / business analysis / partnering experience 5 to 10 years of experience High expertise on spreadsheets / PowerPoint tools Strong analytical thinking and analytical skills Very high detail orientation Good collaboration and team working ability Good communication skills Prefer good skills on Anaplan, Tableau or ability to pick up quickly (this is a preference not a must have) About You: You\'re driven to perform at the highest level possible, and you appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring.You want to be part of a company actively dedicated to sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and career development.
