Kelayakan
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance engineering, or building construction supervision.
Knowledge of building services, utilities systems, and maintenance best practices.
Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience in managing contractors and supervising construction or renovation projects.
Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Tanggungjawab
Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, utilities, and facility-related equipment condition with production line requirement
Supervise new building construction, renovation, and expansion projects, including contractor coordination, progress monitoring, and quality control.
Ensure all facility works comply with statutory requirements, safety regulations, environmental standards, and local authority approvals.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on facility and construction matters.
Manage facility-related budgets, maintenance costs, and project expenditures.
Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure safety, compliance, and operational readiness.
Redundancy Management - Support emergency response, breakdown troubleshooting, and corrective actions to minimize operational downtime.
Maintain proper documentation, drawings, permits, maintenance records, and compliance reports.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to energy efficiency, cost optimization, and facility reliability.
