Job Responsibility Manage all maintenance & facilities related activities in stores. Accountable for building maintenance, infrastructure & ensure all equipment are in a safe condition for store trading. Coordinate with business partners to ensure all preventive maintenance is done effectively. Conduct safety briefing to all business partners Liaise with local authority to renew all compliance certificate on time. Manage a team of technicians to ensure no interruption to store operation. Solve day to day opportunities & manage online maintenance portal effectively. Manage reactive repair budget & escalate any risk to Area Facilities Manager. Lead energy saving activities & implement best practices in stores. Communicate effectively to all stakeholders in store. Prepare weekly & monthly KPI performance report. Manage all CAPEX projects assigned to store. Responsible for all safety initiatives & ensure safe working environment for colleagues, customer, & tenants. Coach, train & empower technicians to deliver the best. Accountable for HVAC, refrigeration, lift & travellators, firefighting & building infrastructure related equipment. Responsible to manage & execute any other projects assigned by superior. Job Requirements Possess A0/A4/ BO Chargeman Certificate with at least 5 years experience in facilities management. Experience in retail, manufacturing, property or building facilities maintenance. Good attitude & strong leadership skills. Good troubleshooting skills will be added advantage.
