Job Details: Position : Facilities Maintenance Technician Company Industry : Aviation Working Hours : 3 shift rotation (7am - 2.45pm / 3pm - 11pm / 11pm -7am) Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY WHO CAN APPLY Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years\' experience working as a maintenance technician or skilled trade within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Ability and willingness to work off/varied shift/weekends, as required. Professional license or certification in one of the following areas Electrician, HVAC, Plumber/Pipefitter, Automation/Controls, Machining, Welding. Basic knowledge in Microsoft word & excel applications. Basic knowledge in PLC and its trouble shooting will be added advantage RESPONSIBILITY Perform daily monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment/ systems. Troubleshoot and repair of manufacturing and utility equipment/systems such as pumps, motors, control valves and cylinder. Supervise and coordinate with contractors and vendors on works according to schedule maintenance, repair, shut down and overhaul works. Support the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler in the identification and procurement of parts required for maintenance. Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices in the production and maintenance support areas. Service, diagnose and rectify faulty electrical and mechanical components, air-conditioning equipment, crane, lifting platform and electrical hoist Provide support in the service, repair and maintenance of all facilities including compressor, chiller, Fire prevention system, and HVAC.
