Job Details:

Position : Facilities Maintenance Technician

Company Industry : Aviation

Working Hours : 3 shift rotation (7am - 2.45pm / 3pm - 11pm / 11pm -7am)

Working Location : Nearby to Subang Airport

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Remuneration : Salary range RM2,000 - RM3,000 (based on qualification & experience) + statutory contribution+ shift allowance + quarterly incentives + leave entitlement + insurance & medical coverage

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years\' experience working as a maintenance technician or skilled trade within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability and willingness to work off/varied shift/weekends, as required.
• Professional license or certification in one of the following areas; Electrician, HVAC, Plumber/Pipefitter, Automation/Controls, Machining, Welding.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft word & excel applications.
• Basic knowledge in PLC and its trouble shooting will be added advantage

RESPONSIBILITY

• Perform daily monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment/ systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair of manufacturing and utility equipment/systems such as pumps, motors, control valves and cylinder.
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors and vendors on works according to schedule maintenance, repair, shut down and overhaul works.
• Support the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler in the identification and procurement of parts required for maintenance.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices in the production and maintenance support areas.
• Service, diagnose and rectify faulty electrical and mechanical components, air-conditioning equipment, crane, lifting platform and electrical hoist
• Provide support in the service, repair and maintenance of all facilities including compressor, chiller, Fire prevention system, and HVAC.
