Job Description

: Responsible for the overall warehouse building, facilities and equipment maintenance and ensuring compliance to Workplace Safety & Health regulations and policies. Inspect facilities and equipment to determine the needs for repair, rectifications, replacements including but not limited to electrical works, fire safety, building safety and security review and management including assessing and planning manpower, materials, tools and equipment needs Review and manage maintenance and enhancement expenditure and budget to derive overall efficiency including the procurement and supply of materials Lead and supervise staff in the cleaning, security and facility, and liaise with building managers/contractors/suppliers with regard to repairs, maintenance, operational matters and to supervise the progress and development of projects to their completion. Perform Fire Safety Manager (FSM) duties and periodically review and improve the fire safety procedures and features Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or related disciplines At least 3 years of facilities management experience Experience in Logistics & Warehousing industry will be an advantage Experience in HVAC installation, sprinkler, general building equipment Must be a certified Fire Safety Manager Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of CMMS and/or AUTOCAD are a plus Ability to read technical drawings and manuals Strong analytical, leadership and organisational skills A keen eye for detail, good problem-solving and project management skills Experience in report writing and establishing new SOP Experience working with external auditors or regulators
