Position: Facilities Management Specialist

Working Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia
Working Hours: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm)
Remuneration: Basic (based on qualifications + Experiences) + statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage
Working Mode: Work from office
Budget: Fresh Graduate / Entry Level (0-2 years' experience): RM?3,000 - RM?4,000 per month
Candidate Preference: Only Locals
Perm / Contract role - Perm role
To Do
Support building management, including inspections & renovation monitoring Collaborate with Head of Facilities on daily operations Manage office repairs, workspace setups, meeting rooms & internal events Ensure facilities are safe, functional & well-maintained

Who We're Looking For
Fresh grads or experienced in facility management Fluent in English (written & spoken) Comfortable with PC applications Bonus: Knowledge in A/V systems, CAD software, or OSHA standards Strong communicator & team player Independent, proactive & reliable
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,975.94 - RM4,000.00 per month
