This = the job you aspirate As Facilities Management Specialist, you are responsible that office facilities are maintained in a proper manner in terms of safety, cleanness, tidiness and with welcoming ambiance. You are also having proven experience with building management and strong in managing external suppliers. As your direct manager is located in our headquarters in the Netherlands, you need to have the seniority to work without direct supervision and represent your manager and department locally. You will maintain a safe and secure workspace for employees by adhere to local and national safety and security guidelines. You will initiate and coordinate facilities related projects, such as office moves or maintenance projects. This = what you bring You have a degree in Facilities Management or any equivalent qualification. You have at least four years of experience in facilities management experience from MNC environment will be added advantage. You are experienced in manage small to medium facilities projects, such as office moves, cleaning tender etc. You are good in stakeholder management. You are having strong customer service mindset in dealing with internal employees. You have strong verbal and written English skills. You are independent and also have a good level of maturity with a pleasant personality. You are willing to travel to other locations very occasionally.
