Plan, organize and implement a comprehensive program (including both corrective and preventive activities) to ensure smooth operation all mechanical and electrical installation.
Coordinates with the relevant governmental authorities to obtain the necessary licenses and certificates for engineering operations.
Implements an effective work order system that responds promptly to the breakdown and repair of equipment and facility to minimize disruption to services
Develops systems for the control, efficient and effective use of all utilities.
Supervise external contractor\xe2\x80\x99s works / service and monitor their performance.
Supervise and manage all outdoor service personnel in Facilities in their day-to-day activities; Housekeeping, Security, Cafeteria and Parking.
Assist in the implementation of identified accreditation requirements such as MSQH, and Quality Assurance, Health, Safety & Environment to ensure the required quality standards are met.
To prepare the facility monthly report and submit to the Director of Operations.
Job Requirement
Minimum Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
At least 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in facilities management and engineering, preferably with multiple engineering experience / discipline. Experience in a healthcare is an added advantage.
Wide experience in Healthcare Facility Management System, Biomedical Engineering Management System and OSHA Environmental Safety and Health.
Knowledge in the latest edition of MSQH and JCI is an added advantage.
Able to write and interprets contracts and specifications.
Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
