Job Description

The Facilities Manager will manage the maintenance, operations, and efficiency of refrigeration systems, facilities, and automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS). This role oversees maintenance programs, ensures regulatory compliance, manages capital projects, and leads technical teams to support continuous production and warehousing operations.

• Manage and oversee the maintenance and operations of refrigeration systems, facilities, and ASRS equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely repairs and upgrades.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Analyze and improve energy efficiency across facilities and equipment.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the facilities and engineering team.
• Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Generate reports on equipment performance and recommend improvements.

• A degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing refrigeration systems and ASRS in the FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of PSM/RMP, OSHA regulations, IIAR standards, and food safety compliance.
• Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and control system schematics.
• Proven leadership and project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
• Proficiency in reporting and budgeting.
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail.
