Whether you\xe2\x80\x99ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you\xe2\x80\x99re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Position: Facilities OfficerWorking Location: Kulim, KedahThe Facilities Officer must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.Responsible for site facilities operation.Establish Building Employment Services Operational procedures and roll out for site staffResponsible for delivery of services in accordance with Client Management SLAEnsure compliance with all governmental regulations.Initiative strategies to reduce the building operation repair cost.Initiate and maintain Preventive Management ProgramResponsible on the follow up BAC/AR closure as per SLA.Operation improvementTo manage day to day operation and issues ariseExecute minor projects and coordinating with contractors/vendors.Client/Stakeholder ManagementManage the key client team representatives effectively to ensure that expected service levels are achieved.Build strong working relationships with key client representatives.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programs and procedures.Procurement & Vendor ManagementReview the service practices of in house/contractors to deliver quality work practices and documentation.Risk ManagementProtect the health and safety of staff and others.Ensure compliance with JLL programs and audit programs.Site OperationsPlan and take responsibility for smooth operations of all Civil works pertaining to the facility.24/7 emergency call support and prepare incident reports. Coordinate appropriate action for rectification including preliminary analysis of faultManage building scope and projects to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time.Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targetsSelection CriteriaMin. Diploma in engineering, facilities management /or 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field.
