To establish procedures and SOP for Facilities operation.
2. Plan, Scheduling and Oversee all PM activities.
3. To develop and improve PM checklist and execution.
4. To improve Work Instruction, Procedures related to Preventive Maintenance.
5. Support the development and coordination of training for the technician.
6. Identify and establish contactor management for PM activity.
7. Create and prepare reports related to Preventive Maintenance.
8. To enhance spare part inventory and ensure the system in place.
9. To ensure all Facilities Equipment operation at optimum operating level.
10. Emphasize on maintenance prevention, breakthrough improvement, new technologies with TPM features or equivalent.
11. Upgrade overall PM system and procedures to improve OEE.
12. Adhere to all directives and instructions provided by supervisory and managerial personnel, ensuring precise execution and timely completion of assigned tasks.
13.
