ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Technology & Operations

  • Be responsible to ensure the technology system such as Si7, MyBuy, SharePoint, MySupplier, Vantage, Value Track, SmartSheet and all other digital platforms are properly utilized by all site staff.
  • Support the operations and transition team to system set-up for any new sites and deactivation of sites.
  • Ensure all sites details are accurately captured in the system.
  • Ensure annual asset verification exercise and condition assessment is done annually by the site leads.
  • Meet customer satisfaction survey target goal
  • Set and execute upon client agreed communication cadence for one to one meetings to ensure collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders
Operations
  • Conduct regular refresher training and to existing users and new joiners for all digital technology system utilized in the account.
  • Track KPI Compliance and sent out weekly notification for all open work orders and on urgent notification when work orders completion is due within the next 2 days.
  • Assist AD to Coordinate activity for all remote and be a inter mediator with vendors and client as and when required.
  • Notify AD for all irregularities.
  • Monthly Good Catch and BBS participation.
  • Generate reports for MBR and QBR as per scheduled timelines using the Vantage System and upload in the SharePoint.
  • Participate bi-weekly meeting with AD together with Site Leads.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by AD from time-to-time involving the digital system.
Sourcing
  • Support Site Lead with all sourcing activity by coordinating with country platform.
  • Participate in annual sourcing activity to ensure glide path savings are realized.
  • Work with Site Leads to capture savings initiatives and monitor progress.
  • Represent Account in APAC EA Procurement Meetings.
REQUIREMENTS

Education
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university
Experience
  • Proven program management experience in FM environment
  • Client account experience
