FACILITIES SPECIALIST
LOCATION: JURU (AUTO CITY), PENANG
Job description
Work on all facilities maintenance repair works that includes -electrical, firefighting systems, building, flooring, toilets, HVAC, CCTV, warehouse equipments and other building maintenance works. Inspect building on a daily basis and escalate defects to HOD and follow up to repair defects. To perform daily, weekly, monthly preventive maintenance according to schedule. To assist and monitor vendor's works for adhoc and routine maintenance like AC / Fire system/ Electrical maintenance, Manage the weekly & monthly testing of fire pumps in accordance to the MS & NFPA standards. Follow up on the facilities job request to complete the raised task and bigger task to involve procurement. Monitor critical items like HVAC, Electrical, water and to minimize interruption to operations. Co-ordinate work with junior officers, technicians and plan out the materials and work that need to be carried out. Manage work and facilities in line with safety, health, environment guidelines. Any other job assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Certificate in Electrical/ Mechanical/Civil or Technical certification. Min 1-2 years of experience in similar field.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
