Responsibilities Summary Responsible for : a) Operation, maintenance and carry out repairs on Boiler, Waste Water Treatment Plant and Air-Conditioning. b) Proper maintenance and up keeping of the building inclusive of sanitary and plumbing installation, drainage systems, plumbing and water supply The primary job will be on Boiler, Waste Water Treatment Plant and Air-Conditioning. The secondary job is to be responsible for maintenance and up keeping of the building inclusive of sanitary and plumbing installation, drainage systems, plumbing and water supply. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operating boiler operation including maintenance and RM/PM. Operating and monitor air-compressors and air-condition to comply with clean air regulation. Carry out daily maintenance on the W.W.T.P. Records instruments reading periodically. Carry out daily report of RM/PM. Daily maintenance of effluent pits, sand pits and pumps. Periodic maintenance of the DI plant i.e. backwashing and regeneration. Routine maintenance of the fire hydrant and fire hose. Supervise contract works as assigned by the Facilities Supervisor or Facilities Engineer. Stock control of building maintenance materials and tools. Provide assistance to other staff whenever required. Perform and carry out other jobs as may be assigned by superior.
