The secondary job is to be responsible for maintenance and up keeping of the building inclusive of sanitary and plumbing installation, drainage systems, plumbing and water supply. a) Operation, maintenance and carry out repairs on Waste Water Treatment Plant and Air-Conditioning. b) Proper maintenance and up keeping of the building inclusive of sanitary and plumbing installation, drainage systems, plumbing and water supply Monitor electrical installation and comply to Energy Commission Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Monitor and diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC system Record instrument readings periodically. Carry out daily report & RM/PM. Daily maintenance of effluent pits, sand pits and pumps. Routine maintenance of the fire hydrant and fire hose. Supervise contract works as assigned by the Facilities Engineer. Stock control of building maintenance materials and tools. Provide assistance to other staff whenever required.
