Work is performed within established professional standards and practices. Tasks are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required to complete recurring assignments independently and to determine the best methods to follow to complete assignments. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results may have a negative impact on the divisions/departments operations, schedules, and/or performance goals. Works under general Supervision. Situations not covered by standard processes, procedures and methods are referred to manager or expert resource. May demonstrate work methods to new employees. Builds internal and external relationships, with emphasis on those that facilitate the achievement of job/role accountabilities, such as relationships with key suppliers, customers and internal service. Detailed Description Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: Analyzing and understanding IETS/RODI system operation, Operate and maintain the IETS/RO DI system and ensure final discharged comply to DOE requirement. Prepare maintenance Schedule for IETS/RO DI and ensure maintenance carried out as per plan Preparing project plans, which include allocating resources, delegating tasks and system buy off. Obtaining permits and license applications as required by local Authorities. Prepare and submission of Performance Monitoring Report and Scheduled Waste Inventory to DOE . Working with other engineers, production\'s team, and other professionals to ensure system operated smoothly. Identifying, addressing and managing problems. Making improvements to existing system, Implementing solutions and system designs. Assist team in managing the plant operations, maintenance, manpower management and project coordination. Plan and schedule the duty roaster and work orders for respective subordinates. Direct, instruct and supervise the maintenance task for Industrial Effluent Treatment System Ensure the plant and machinery spare parts availability in the store is sufficient. Uphold the 5S practices in the Utility area and ensure the subordinates\' PPE is in good working condition. Lead the team and plan for annual maintenance execution work and complete on-time Liaise with contractor/supplier on projects/modification/improvement activities and government officer during audit Respond and problem solving of system issues and production interruptions to mechanical related systems Plan, design and validating IETS/ RO DI readiness for new projects includes new construction, system upgrading and quality improvement Enforce to company\'s environmental safety health policy and procedure, standard operating procedure with risk assessment, good housekeeping Adhering to standard and quality policy when performing work. Utilize computer base software to document and analyses records of maintenance work order, equipment history and project tracking. Maintain maintenance record for system fault history traceability. Proficient in quality tool such as 8D & 5 WHY analysis for troubleshooting or incidents. Preparing project plans, which include allocating resources, delegating tasks and system buy off. Managing the plant operations, maintenance, manpower management and project coordination. Ensure the plant and IETS/ RODI spare parts availability in the store is sufficient. Uphold the 5S practices in the factory area and ensure the sub ordinates PPE is in good working condition. Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Good operational knowledge in IETS / RO DI system Fair knowledge in Preventive/Ad-Hoc Maintenance & Environmental Engineering Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Physical Demands Duties of the position are performed in a manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, hazardous substances, etc. Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required. Typical Experience Two to Four years relevant experience Typical Education Bachelor\'s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
