Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct rigging and slinging activities for daily lifting operations. Inspect lifting tools, slings, shackles, and accessories before use. Assist crane operator by giving clear hand signals or radio communication. Ensure loads are balanced, secured, and rigged according to lifting plans. Report any unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or hazards immediately. Support preparation of lifting areas, including barricading and ground assessment. Follow all HSE procedures and comply with site safety rules. Maintain proper documentation for lifting gear inspections and usage. Work closely with the HSO/HSE team to ensure safe lift planning and execution.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years experience as Rigger/Slinger in construction, oil & gas, marine, or industrial sites. Valid Rigger/Slinger certification. Good understanding of lifting operations and safety procedures. Ability to communicate clearly with crane operators and team members. Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/site conditions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
