Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Assist and back up TFM Manager in the overall job function.
Manage suppliers for all services in line with the operational requirements.
Plan and maintain necessary service schedule as required per OEM recommendation.
Ensure out of line situations are rectified with minimum escalation.
To be fully conversant with supervisory duties and the effective operation of engineering services at site.
Management, supervision, checking and assisting the shift teams and outside contractors.
Carry out plant inspection and audits to ensure compliance and appropriate standards.
Manage site logs and activity logs.
Reporting change requests and \xe2\x80\x9cout of line\xe2\x80\x9d incidents or requests for project work to TFM and Estate Director.
Planned Preventive Maintenance.
Asset Register and Management.
Energy Monitoring.
Statutory Compliance.
