Assist in basic repair and maintenance works (lighting, doors, locks, plumbing, minor painting).
Carry out routine inspection of building, office, warehouse, and common facilities.
Report defects, damages, or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
2. Facilities Support
Support upkeep of office, warehouse, toilets, pantry, and surrounding areas.
Assist in setting up and dismantling furniture, racks, or equipment when required.
Ensure facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
3. Vendor & Contractor Support
Assist in supervising external contractors during maintenance or repair works.
Ensure work is carried out safely and according to instructions.
Report work progress and completion status.
4. Safety & Housekeeping
Support basic workplace safety practices and housekeeping standards.
Assist in checking fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and safety signage.
Ensure work areas are clean and free from hazards.
5. Inventory & Tools
Maintain basic maintenance tools and equipment.
Assist in tracking usage of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
6. Ad-hoc Duties
Perform other facilities or maintenance-related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION
Diploma or Degree in any related
PREFERRED SKILLS
Basic computer, Particular in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCES
Minimum of 2 years' experience
