Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Perform regular inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of building facilities, electrical systems, air conditioning, plumbing, and lighting.
2.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to utilities, office, and factory equipment.
3.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
4.Oversee and coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and contractors.
5.Monitor facility systems and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
6.Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment inventory.
7.Support renovation, relocation, and improvement projects.
8.Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of all facilities and equipment.
9.Assist in implementing energy-saving and efficiency initiatives.

Pay: RM1,630.15 - RM3,041.74 per month
