Join IDASU SDN. BHD. as a Facility Management Inspector based in Ipoh Perak. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and assessments to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the company's facilities.
What you'll be doing
Perform regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure to identify any issues or areas for improvement
Evaluate the condition of facilities and recommend appropriate maintenance or repair actions
Monitor compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate and oversee repair and improvement projects
Maintain detailed records and documentation of all inspections and findings
Provide regular reports to management on the status and performance of the company's facilities
What we're looking for
Relevant qualifications or experience in facility management, engineering, or a related field
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in facility maintenance
Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Effective communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
