Facility Management Inspector
Job Description
a) Monitor and verify FM Contractor comprehensive management, operation and maintenance of building and facilities systems.
b) Assist JKR in prepare and verify of site's budgets and payments as well as site's technical job-scopes and liaise with FM Contractor.
c) Represent JKR at the site to supervise and liaise with FM Contractor to ensure all maintenance works, housekeeping, landscaping and new installation are implemented according to FM Contract and regulatory compliance.
d) Forecast quarterly and yearly budget allocation for building maintenance works to the designated client for approval and coordinate with FM contractor in planning maintenance work to ensure the budget allocation is spent wisely.
e) Monitor and make sure works for daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance scheduled were carry by contractor.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
