Job Summary
The
Facilities Manager
is responsible and accountable for the corrective, planned and preventive maintenance of all building are in optimum condition for buildings with safety and at the right cost.
Job Responsibilities
Operation & Maintenance - To oversee the overall management of the operation and maintenance services of clients' buildings and facilities.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance - Direct staff to coordinate scheduled maintenance.
Assure legal compliance on maintenance works.
Develop standards and assure his team and external contractor's works to it (Safety, Quality, CL, CILs etc.) securing the availability of standard technical documentation.
PPM Checklist Management
Requirement:
A degree in engineering/ facility management or any related field.
Relevant Professional Certification in facility management is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years' working experience in managing building facility maintenance environment.
Possess knowledge on Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirements/compliance at workplace.
Possess Board of Engineering Certificate (BEM)
Lead and coach Technician/Wireman/Handyman skills.
