The Assistant Facility Manager supports the Facility Manager in ensuring all building operations, maintenance, and services run efficiently and safely. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, supervising service contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing support in daily facility management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the Facility Manager in daily operations of buildings, facilities, and equipment.
-Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping services.
-Monitor and ensure all systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) are functioning properly.
-Respond promptly to facility issues and maintenance requests.
-Schedule and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works.
-Support procurement and management of facility-related vendors and contractors.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
-Assist in preparing facility reports, budgets, and maintenance records.
-Conduct regular site inspections and identify areas for improvement.
-Coordinate office relocations, space planning, and asset management.
-Provide administrative and operational support to the Facility Manager.
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in facility management, maintenance coordination, or building operations.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.
Basic understanding of safety and compliance standards.
