Facility Manager

Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and manage all facility operations including maintenance, repairs, safety procedures, and security. Supervise and manage in-house technicians, maintenance staff, and external vendors/contractors. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevator systems, fire protection, etc. Monitor and control facility budgets, expenditures, and cost-saving initiatives. Coordinate office space planning, layout design, and renovation projects. Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and ensure facilities are in good condition. Manage procurement of tools, parts, and services required for maintenance. Ensure proper documentation of maintenance logs, service reports, and asset inventory. Respond promptly to facility emergencies and handle crisis situations efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
