Facility Manager
Job Description
\xc2\xb7 Responsible to plan, coordinate & manage the overall Facility Maintenance Services, Cleansing Services and Clinical Waste Management System according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Technical Requirement Performance Indicator (TRPI) and Master Agreed Procedure (MAP); \xc2\xb7 To manage non-operational support functions, administration, finance, procurement, information technology, safety, and quality: \xc2\xb7 To act as Liaison Officer and maintain good liaison with the institution\xe2\x80\x99s management team in all respect; \xc2\xb7 To check & verify CLS & HWMS documents (DCA, PPM Checklist & Work Order); \xc2\xb7 To ensure work compliance to the standard engineering practice, ISO standard, statutory requirement and by-laws; \xc2\xb7 To train institution staff in the safe operation of engineering facilities accessible to them; \xc2\xb7 To ensure good practice of health, safety and environment are in place; \xc2\xb7 To ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Routine Inspection (RI), Breakdown and Corrective Maintenance (CM) Works carry out as schedule or as required; \xc2\xb7 To check and verify daily routine inspection, PPM schedule, checklist & report for all services (FEMS, CLS & HWMS); Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Schedule:
