JOB REQUIREMENTS

1) Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
2) Minimum 5 years' experience in facility management, building operations, or maintenance (preferably in a dormitory, hostel, or large accommodation setup).

3) Experience with BOMBA, TNB, IWK, and DOSH inspection procedures.

4) Well-versed in the Strata Management Act 2013.

5) Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.

6) Strong knowledge of M&E systems and preventive maintenance planning.

7) Good understanding of building safety and compliance requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1) Oversee day-to-day operation of CLQ facilities, including buildings, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and sewage systems.

2) Manage periodic inspections for BOMBA, TNB, IWK, and local authority approvals.

3) Plan annual maintenance budgets and track expenditures against approved allocations.

4) Review quotations, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance with SLAs.

5) Ensure the CLQ meets statutory and technical requirements set by MOH, BOMBA, KPKT, DOSH, and local councils.

6) Report and assist in rectifying hazards or damages reported by residents or supervisors.

7) Manage service contracts (cleaning, landscaping, pest control, maintenance, and waste disposal).

8) Provide technical support during emergencies (e.g., power failure, water interruption).

9) Work with the Dormitory Manager to ensure facilities support resident welfare (water, power, cleanliness, waste).

10) Any other responsibilities assigned by management, perform any other duties when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
