Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add a/an Facilities Manager located in Bukit Minyak, Penang.

What a typical day looks like:

• Assure the effective functioning of a facility to provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of the company.
• Develop and implement facility contract and maintenance management program.
• Conduct an inspection / audit on facility machinery and workplace safety.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety legal, regulation, standards and Industry Codes.
• Responsible for utilities equipment installation, start up, commissioning & Validation process for IQ, OQ and PQ.
• Responsible for utilities hook-up to machine & tools.
• Responsible for the day-to-day facility operation & maintenance to ensure smooth manufacturing operation.

The experience we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add to our team:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in relevant field.
• At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Perai, Penang
• Preferably Managers specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
• Strong in-depth knowledge of facilities in Design, construction, operation & Maintenance especially in HVAC, RO/DI system, Clean Dry Air, Process Vacuum, process chilled water & etc.
• Diploma or Higher in Mechanical or others related qualification in Engineering.
• Knowledge in ISO standard for GMP manufacturing environmental.
• Knowledge in Energy & water conservation proposal & project.
