SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Jotun South East Asia & Pacific (SEAP) Regional Office is looking for Facility Manager to lead the preparation for operational phase of new Regional Centre SEAP facility with associated installations, testing, commissioning and ensuring transition to permanent operations while also driving completion of remaining work with Project Manager.
Upon completion of the building, the Facility Manager will be responsible for managing, leading, and further developing the organization by delivering comprehensive facility services to all employees, while ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and achieving the objectives established for the administrative building and R&D operations.
This position will report to the Regional Technical Director and will be based in Glenmarie Shah Alam, Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
Organize, lead and develop the department by preparing, implementing and following up plans for completion and operation.
Follow up and control costs in relation to frameworks that ensure that the department contributes to Jotun's goals for the new Facility meeting HSEQ standards/requirements
Establish and maintain collaboration with "owners" and users across the organization, so that the facility is developed and used safely and efficiently.
Enter into agreements with external companies for the purchase of services, equipment and spare parts for completion and optimal utilization of the fixed assets.

Job Requirements?
Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 7 to 9 years of relevant experience.
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills in English.
Experience in Facility Management, Building Management System, and other related field.
