SUMMARY OF ROLE
To be responsible for overall Facility Mechanical, Industrial Water & Wastewater treatment, Fire Protection System and Project Management. To lead the Subject Matter Experts toward the Section\xe2\x80\x99s KPI.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide continuous and stable operation in supporting production such as UPW/ DI, IW, DW, WWTP, FWTP, Gas & Chemicals, PCW, CDA, PHW, Air Cond, Vacuum, Scrubber & General Exhaust, Fire Fighting System.
Lead team to meet plant requirements including but not limited to hookup/un-hookup, troubleshooting, new construction build-up, production environmental improvement, renovation, expansion projects
To control and maintain a good quality of the facility\xe2\x80\x99s supply to support production needs such as UPW/ DIW\'s resistivity, WWT\'s discharge spec, supply gases and chemicals specs, Clean Room temperature and humidity, CDA\'s pressure, PCW\'s pressure/temperature, etc.
Execute daily O&M activities outlined in the Standard Operating Procedure, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Control Plan, and Out of Control Action Plan to support production needs
Execute Emergency Response activities during an emergency situation.
Drive the team towards the departmental goal. Safety, Operational stability, Cost optimization & improvement, and EHS sustainability KPI.
Promote team to support Bright Ideas, Good Catch, and other company programs.
Provide feedback to Facility Engineering Development & O&M section for changes of SOP for improvement and all Facility issues, if any.
Oversees and manages the administration of expenses and annual budget.
Maintain close working relationships with other Facility Section, department managers, and directors on facility issues.
Manage to outsource team. Hiring people, providing training and development programs as well as talent retention.
Build teamwork and people engagement. Coaching and people development, ensure operational excellence.

RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering, ie. Mechanical, Chemicals, or relevant fields.
Minimum 9 years of progressive leadership experience in Facility position - Mechanical, Water, Gas, and Chem system.
Possess strategic Facility hands-on experience of managing Facility and outsourcing team.
Candidate must know how to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to maintain various budgets, expense report,s and presentation reports.
Candidate must have a good command of English to communicate with a plant from other country.
Candidate must have good supervisory and management skill to lead a team comprises of various Engineering background towards departmental goal.
Candidate must have good interaction skill to develop teamwork within Facility and another department.
Able to work with ambiguity, be highly independent and willing to take initiative, challenge, and responsibilities.
Candidate with Certified Environmental Professional in The Operation of Industrial Effluent Treatment System \xe2\x80\x93 CePIETSO (PCP), is an added advantage.
