Facility Senior Technician
Job Description
- Diploma or Certificate in Building Services Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Strong working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security
- Proficient in the use of tools and equipment required for facilities maintenance and repair
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Good communication skills to liaise with employees and vendors
- Basic computer skills to maintain records and documentation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
