Job Description
RESPONSIBILITES
Supervise routine repairs and maintenance (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, fire protection, security systems, etc.). Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for property equipment. Inspect property facilities, identify potential issues, and address them promptly. Record maintenance logs and reports, and submit maintenance budgets and procurement recommendations to management. Ensure all facilities meet safety and regulatory standards. Support equipment installation and acceptance for new projects or renovations.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma ,Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
