AT&S, a world leading high-tech PCB & IC Substrates Company, with production plants in Austria, China, India, Korea; and Sales Support Offices around the globe, is building its first production site in Southeast Asia: Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, Malaysia. Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Facility Technician ESD (Electrostatic Discharge)

Your Responsibilities

Conduct ESD compliance verification periodically for all ESD elements and tools. Provide ESD verification report and upload in QIS. Install new ESD elements like new ESD mat, grounding,wrist strap monitor , etc. Troubleshoot and fix any noncompliance ESD elements in production. Support ESD measurement equipment calibration activity with supplier. Highlight any ESD findings or issues to superior for immediate actions. Fulfill customer ESD requirements and attend to customer aufits on ESD compliances if required. Support ESD engineer in terms of qualification, training,documentation if required. Perform Predictive Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance and prepare plan for execution. To support Facility Maintenance (MEP) role and support project. Must willing to adapt new role in Facility or other dept as per company need and assignment by Management.

Your Profile

Diploma in any Engineering or Physics 0-3 years of experiences in/as Electronic field. Basic English Communication skills. Experiences in new plant setup or expansion is preferable Good stress management skills Sound knowledge in systematic problem solving approach (8D,DMAIC,etc) Skill in using ESD testing instruments.
