Job Purpose:

We are a leading

interior design & carpentry manufacturer

looking for an experienced

Factory Manager

to lead our production and site installation teams. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in

hands-on operations, problem-solving under pressure, and delivering projects on time with high quality

.

Job Scope Factory Manager:

Oversee

daily factory operations

and

on-site installations

to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery Plan, set timelines, and organize installation tasks based on

project priorities

Conduct

morning briefings

with the installer team before site departure Identify and

resolve site issues

quickly by coordinating with project & QC teams Monitor material usage to

minimize wastage

during fabrication and installation Prepare

weekly and monthly reports

on project status, challenges, and team performance Review and update

fabrication

&

installation SOPs

for efficiency improvements Supervise

quality checks

for materials, finished products, and site installations Coordinate with factory admin to

ensure materials and tools are ready

on time Maintain factory machines & equipment in

good working condition

Act as the

main liaison

between the factory, site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors

Requirements:

Minimum

4 years

in carpentry or manufacturing production management

, including 2+ years in a leadership role Strong people

management skills

across supervisors, admin staff, storekeepers, and installers Ability to

handle multiple

projects and deadlines efficiently Proficient in reading

technical drawings and installation plans

Problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions

under pressure

Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
