Factory Manager (central Kitchen)

Job Description

Manage and oversee all daily operations of the central kitchen/factory Plan and control production output to meet demand from outlets or customers Ensure strict compliance with

food safety standards

(HACCP, GMP, hygiene, sanitation) Maintain consistent product quality, portioning, taste, and specifications Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, and performance Control production costs, food cost, wastage, yield, and inventory levels Coordinate with Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Distribution teams Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and factory facilities Handle internal and external audits (MOH, Halal, customer audits, etc.) Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency Prepare and review production, cost, wastage, and operational reports for management Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
