Job Description

The Factory Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all factory activities in oversee the workers, the machinery and equipment operate on the floor. Implementing proper factory facilities, safety and health of the factory compound, and implementing strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area. Most importantly, achievement of sales targets, while identifying opportunities for growing sales volume market shares and profitability

Responsibilities:

• Set up organization structure and direction
• Recruit employee and develop skill & competency of the employee
• Accountable for overall manufacturing operation to ensure the operation run smoothly
• To ensure compliance with the regulation, DOE and follow ISO Standards (To obtain ISO 9001:2015)
• Plan, control and follow up departments and individual performance in align managements directions
• Continuous improvements of the process in order to achieve productivity, efficiency and quality standards (To maintain a QA QC team\xef\xbc\x89
• Materials control of the inventory level to ensure materials supply are sufficient and stock at optimum level
• To ensure the communication of the operation team and supporting team is align with the Provide leadership and developments to the operation team and create positive working environments
• Control and ensure the Output is achieve which is set by managements
• Support automation in order to improve productivity of the operation (upgrading machinery)
• Leading and managing the manufacturing cells in achieving targets for efficiency, productivity, quality and safety at manufacturing plant
• Responsible for manpower allocation, training, competency development and performance evaluation of production staff to support plant performance metrics
• Lead and support new process / product / tools / equipment / requirements / technology implementation and qualification at the production line
• Cost effective and implement activity
• Daily ad-hoc problem soling with efficient, productive, safety and meeting customer expectations
• Medium term and long term planning with the supply chain, planner, production and management team to achieve company target and goals
• Inventory control for the WIP and finish goods to achieve optimum demands
• To strives for continuous improvement in the effective and efficient use of manpower, equipment and other resources control and minimum wastage so as achieve high quality products at optimum cost in all manufacturing process
• To maintain raw material, work in progress and finished goods to the optimum level

Requirement:

• Any certificates if you are holding.
• Mechanical or Engineering background is advantages
• With min 3 years experience
