Title: Factory Manager : Responsible for overseeing operation of manufacturing, including production, quality control, maintenance, safety and also administrative task. The role requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and basic understanding of manufacturing industry and also involved in administrative daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Oversee all aspect of ice plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance of factory and lorry, and safety of the factory. \xc2\xb7 Monitor production processes and adjust as needed to optimise efficiency and minimize waste. \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirement and safety protocols. \xc2\xb7 Manage and motivate production staffs, including hiring, training, and performance management. \xc2\xb7 Develop, manage, and monitor plant expenses budget including cost control measures. \xc2\xb7 Manage customers accounts and ensure accurate billing and timely payments. \xc2\xb7 Allocation of basic administration tasks to staffs on data entry, preparing invoices and record keeping. \xc2\xb7 Order and Maintain inventory of goods and other supplies \xc2\xb7 Manage relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Identify opportunities for process improvements and solutions implementation to enhance sales and plants performance. \xc2\xb7 Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field. \xc2\xb7 6 + Years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a focus on production, sales and operation management \xc2\xb7 Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. \xc2\xb7 Deep understanding of manufacturing processes preferred. \xc2\xb7 Experience developing and implementing operation plans and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with HQ to perform payroll processing and monitoring of Sales performance.
