Assist in factory production processes, including loading, unloading, packing, and assembling materials or products.
Operate simple machinery or tools (training provided if necessary).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and factory floor.
Follow safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
Assist in moving, storing, and arranging goods or raw materials.
Support production supervisors or technicians in daily tasks.
Report any faulty equipment, safety hazards, or issues to the supervisor.
Perform other general duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum
PMR / SPM
or equivalent.
No experience required
- training will be provided.
Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
Able to work as a team and follow instructions.
Willing to work overtime or shifts (if required).
