In your new role you will:

• Good knowledge of analytical technologies, advancements and challenges.
• Support existing package/process technologies analytical needs.
• Ownership of low to medium sophisticated equipment in all aspects.
• Ensure prioritized tasks are executed according to agreed timeline.
• Identify problems or unfavourable deviations, recommend and execute/implement corrective/improvement actions which enhance the quality, reliability or cost effectiveness in the area of responsibility.
• Responsible for existing analytical equipment benchmark, existing analytical technology, optimization, capability & tooling of equipment.
• Adhere to proper A process systematics requirements eg: FA checklist.

• Bachelor Degree in Physics, Electronic/Electrical engineering, Chemistry or equivalent
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience from semiconductor industry
• Good aptitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solution seeking
• Knowledge in full FA flow (Electrical/Physical and Characterization)
• Knowledge in general and specific analytical tools operation
• Able to discuss and conclude the root cause from failure mechanism
• Knowledge in assembly and interconnect technology of electronic devices
• FMEA contribution from past experience of customer complaints and yield analysis
