Key responsibilities include:
-Possess Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Microelectronics and etc with over 5 years working experience.
-Familiar with reliability test and failure analysis equipment operation and maintenance.
-Continue to improve reliability test, failure analysis and thermal characterization process.
-Have reliability test and failure analysis know how to help the team improves product quality and reliability.
-Understand memory product test process and methodology.
-Enjoy solving issues and working in a team-based environment.
