Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:

• Analyze root cause of RMA returns
• Investigate new product Failures
• Determine cause of yield excursions
• Meet ADI\'s failure analysis cycle time and quality commitments
• Develop new techniques for analyzing failures
• Work with Design, Application, Process, Product and Package engineering teams to identify the failure root cause and propose corrective actions
• Take ownership of a piece of failure analysis equipment; train new users and keep it running
