Roles and Responsibilities: Drive the effectiveness of Organisational Effectiveness (OE) team by ensuring that all intervention at organizational, team & individual levels are aligned to Consumer Financial Services (CFS) Division strategy based on HPI methodology. Collaborate with CFS HR Business Partner team to increase leadership bench strength by focusing on development of high potential leaders & managers. Drive sales excellence for Personal, Premier & Premier Private Client (PPC) segments by implementing the building blocks of sales enablement. Drive service excellence by equipping new frontline staff with necessary customer service competencies. Design learning roadmaps or training plans (Learning Needs Analysis), certification & to guide systematic competency-based training & development staff for the Division Supporting CFS ESG strategy initiatives, drive Sustainable Development Goal - Good health & well-being delivering training & non training interventions.
