Able to lead a team of credit approvers. Engagement with business and senior management on risk issues and business initiatives. Assess credit standing, structure and decide on all Emerging Business (EmB) applications, including credit exception. Evaluate and approve Trade transaction exceptions and current accounts excesses, if required. Evaluate of End Financing empanelment proposals, if required. Review and approve Rescheduling and Restructuring facilities. Able to lead project in process improvement. Qualifications Min 10 years of banking experience in SME. Leadership track record and experience in managing team. Possesses a positive, can-do attitude and can work under pressure to meet tight turnaround time. Agile, prepared to make changes and implement best practices. Add value to the organisation through implementation of effective and efficient process and enjoy sharing / coaching / training junior staff in the process. Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and excellent interpersonal skills.
