1. To oversee full set accounting and administrative duties including invoicing, debit/credit notes and payment vouchers, bank reconciliation, accounting entries & ledgers, processing payments, meeting submission deadlines.
2. Preparation of management reports and budgeting.
3. Liaising with external auditor, internal departments, regulatory authorities and other parties to ensure compliance with all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirements
4. Oversees and ensures all book keeping and accounting records are correctly updated into accounting system and documented.
5. Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
6. Ensuring accurate reporting and submissions management reports and government related reports.
7. To act as the central records for all submissions of all branches supporting documents for audit purposes.
8. Any other duties as deemed fit by the Management.
9. Any other ad-hoc duties when assigned and involve to company of SCS GROUP
